EMT – Paramedic and Critical Care Paramedic:
Requirements include, but are not limited to, current licensure as a Paramedic by the State of Oklahoma; current certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support); current certification in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support); current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level.

EMT – Intermediate:
Requirements include, but are not limited to, current licensure as an EMT-Intermediate by the State of Oklahoma; current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level; current certification in EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator’s Course); acceptable motor vehicle driving record.

EMT – Basic:
Requirements include, but are not limited to, current licensure as an EMT-Basic by the State of Oklahoma; current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level; current certification in EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator’s Course); acceptable motor vehicle driving record.

Certified Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD):
Requirements include, but are not limited to, successful completion of Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) program (or higher level EMT) prior to or within the first six months of employment; current Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification from the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch prior to or within the first 3 months of employment; current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level.

Emergency Medical Responder:
Requirements include, but are not limited to, current registration as an Emergency Medical Responder by the State Of Oklahoma; current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level; current certification in EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator’s Course); acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
